EPC Concept explained

Definition

The EPC contractor is responsible for all the activities from design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover of the project to the end-user or owner.

1. Feasibility Studies

Taking into consideration technical, administrative, legal and other aspects. 

2. Design development

Optimization of plot layout considering production, logistical and utility aspects. 

3. Conceptual Design + Engineering and Project Budgeting

Translating our client’s requirements into a design focusing on functionality, efficiency and state-of-the-art architecture. In the next step a detailed cost calculation is created. 

4. Pre-construction procedures

Detailed planning of processes, sequences, etc. based on our profound know-how. Further application of building permit and other approvals. 

5. Tendering / Procurement

Fully adhering to domestic and  international compliance standards. 

6. Construction

Carried out by our highly qualified teams of construction professionals, full-time assigned to the project, daily reporting to ensure that the project is realized in perfect quality, timeframe and budget. 


7. Completion procedures

Procedures for green building or LEED certification and other administrative work required to obtain the real estate certificate. 

8. Completion warranty

Audits and quality checks of all installed equipment, and filing of all official documents. 

9. Post-Construction Administration and Services

Even after handover to the Building Management Unit our Team remains available for any kind of technical and administrative support.
